Delivery fees, pickup and payment: set up your online checkout
Set delivery prices by area, offer free delivery from an amount, let buyers pick up in store, and choose how they pay. All in a few minutes.
A buyer is ready to order. Now two questions decide if they finish: "How much is delivery?" and "How can I pay?" Clear answers make more people finish the order. Here is how to set both up in Sellrika.
Delivery zones: one price per area
A zone is an area with one delivery price. It can be a whole country, some states or provinces, or some cities.
- Open Settings › Online Store › Delivery.
- Pick your shop's Country.
- Click Add zone.
- Type a Zone name, like "Bangkok".
- Pick the Countries, and if you want, the States / provinces or Cities.
- Type the Delivery price. Type 0 for free delivery.
- Click Save zone.

A buyer in Bangkok pays ฿40. A buyer anywhere else in Thailand pays ฿80. A buyer abroad pays ฿600. The most exact zone always wins.
Free delivery from an amount
Click the pencil on a zone and type an amount in Free delivery from, like ฿1,000. Orders above it are delivered free. This often makes buyers add one more item.
Pick up in store
- On the Delivery tab, turn on Pick up in store and click Save delivery.
- On Banner & contact, fill in your Address.
At the checkout, the buyer chooses Delivery or Pick up in store. Pickup has no delivery fee and needs no address.
How buyers pay
Card and online payment
Open Settings › Online Store › Payments. Pick Stripe, Omise, 2C2P or PayPal. Click Configure, paste the keys from your provider account and save. One online provider runs at a time.
Cash on delivery
Turn on Cash on delivery and click Save settings. That is all. With pickup, it shows as Pay at pick-up.
Bank transfer
Click Configure on Bank transfer and type your bank details. The buyer sees them at the checkout and in the order email.
You can offer an online provider and the manual options together. The buyer picks one.
When the money comes in later
Cash on delivery and bank transfer orders arrive as Unpaid. When you get the money, open the order and click Record payment. You can record part of it now and the rest later.
Let buyers save their details
Buyers can make an account in your store. Then their name, phone and addresses are filled in next time, and they can see their past orders. Sign-in works with email, Google or Microsoft, through your own free Firebase project. Set it up on the Authentication tab.
Good to know
- Delivery is never taxed.
- A country in no zone can not order delivery.
- A buyer who pays online and closes the page still gets the order. The app asks the provider again within a few minutes.
